By using Thailand Expat Helper AI you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. What the service is
An AI-powered concierge that helps expats in Thailand find information and expert apps. Answers are generated from facts and official sources but are not legal, medical or immigration advice. Always verify critical decisions with an accredited professional or the official authority.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or overload the service.
- Do not use it for illegal purposes or to harass others.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't have rights to.
5. Payments
Free tier is free forever. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its answers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
