1. Who we are

Thailand Expat Helper AI ("we", "the app") is an AI concierge operated by Anders Jakobsson Online Solutions — Design Agency (200/2, Moo 5, Tambor Kram, Amphoe Klaeng, Wat Rayong, 21 190 Rayong, Thailand). 2. What we collect

• Chat messages you send to the AI (to answer you and improve the service).
• Account info if you sign up: email, display name and optional avatar.
• Documents you upload to your private storage — accessible only to you.
• Basic device and language info to localise the experience.
• Payment status (subscription tier), never your card number — payments go through Stripe.

3. How we use it

• Deliver answers, route you to the right expert app and remember your history.
• Send reminders (visa, 90-day, insurance) if you enable push notifications.
• Prevent abuse, monitor errors and improve model quality.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum data required with the infrastructure providers that run the app: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication), Stripe (payments), and the AI model providers used by the Lovable AI Gateway. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Chat and account data are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing us — your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing the address above. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
